Question: How To Place an Order?
Follow the following steps:
Step 1
•  Choose from one of our existing templates online for customization/personalization.
•  Let Print Creations build your own templates*
•  Send us a print ready file

Step 2
•  Fill out the order form and Credit info form
•  Attach the photos to use (please name your photo accordingly, for example: 1234address_livingroom)
•  Attach your marketing text (We highly recommend that you proof read your text before sending to us to avoid any delays)

Step 3
•  if you don’t hear from us within 24hrs of the placement of your order contact us by e-mail or phone at sales@print-creations.com or 510.264.0858.

Question: Do you charge for design?
Answer: There will be a minimum design fee of $25 for non-template orders.
•  If you use one of our existing templates, the design fee is included with your oder.
•  If you provide a file fully designed with minimum changes required their is no design fee.

Question: What is your turnaround time?
•  If an order is approved before 12 noon PST are processed the same day.
•  Orders approved after 12 noon PST are processed the following business day.
•  Add 1-2 additional days during holidays.
Turn around time does not include shipping.

•  Digital print jobs are 24-48 hours turn around after approval.
•  Offset print jobs are 5-7 working days
•  Business Cards are 5-7 working days
•  Calendars, magnets and notepads are 10-14 working days

Graphic Design only
•  Graphic design jobs are 24-48 hrs turn-around time.
•  Logo creations are 3-5 days

Question: What type of paper stock do you offer?
Answer: We provide your with the following stock options:

  • 32lb text - a heavier stock of your common office paper 
  • 100lb gloss text - a coated stock mainly used on flyers and brochures 
  • 100lb gloss cover - a coated cardstock mainly used on flyers and brochures 
  • 111lb gloss cover - a coated cardstock mainly used on postcards
  • We can also provide specialty paper at an additional cost

Queston: Do you offer Mailing Services?
Answer: Yes we offer different types of mailing services. Please call and speak with one of our representatives to see which best fits your needs.

Question: Do you provide Photography Service?
Answer: Yes, we can provide photography service for an additional fee.
4-6 photos, front & back for $30
10-15 photos for both inside & outside for $50

Question: Do you provide free delivery?
Answer: We do not provide free delivery, however Shipping is available through UPS or FedEx with a minimum charge of $10 for Office Buildings or $15 for residential areas.
The final charge will be based on the weight of the shipment.

Question: What file types do you accept?
Answer: We accept print ready files in PDF formats.
Please make sure all fonts are embedded properly.
Images need to be in JPG or TIFF formats.

Question: What type of quality should my photos be?
Answer: The photos must be at least 300 dpi in resolution
Or images with 4200 x 2800 pixels size has fair quality to use at size 8 x 10 prints.

Question: Do you provide images for us to use on our marketing collateral.
Answer: We do not provide images. The images need to be provided by you and should be sent to us. We can help you purchase some stock photos online at the following websites:
